Overview

This painting is the first in Thomas Kinkade's Blessings of the Season series. It features a real home in New England, and was inspired by a visit of Thom's to Norman Rockwell's studio in Vermont. Plump pumpkins, glorious garden beds and a lit lamppost line the walkway to the Victorian home, where the entryway proudly displays an Indian wreath of corn. All lights shine brightly in the home, beckoning passerbys and friends to come inside. The trees envelope the charming home's property, and they explode in the warm, earthern shades of the season.
