Return & Refund Policy

All purchases made on our website (www.Kaynegallery.com) are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than receiving a damaged or defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Notification: You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@kaynegallery.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
  3. Return (if applicable): If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  4. Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days after processing.
